When Cress Restaurant opens its doors, the Cress Garden will be prepared to supply us with an amazing array of vegetables, herbs, and fruits. Another important component of the marriage between the Garden and the Restaurant is that a significant amount of organic leftovers will make its way back to the garden as poultry feed and composted fertilizer.
